At Niftism, we value customer trust and aim to make our refund process fair and transparent. Please read carefully before purchasing our services.

General Refund Terms

  • Full refunds are available before work has started (e.g., before filings or account setup begin).
  • Partial refunds may be issued if work has started but is not completed.
  • No refunds are available once government filings (LLC, EIN, Trademark, etc.) or third-party services (domains, VPNs, phone numbers) have been submitted or activated, as these are non-reversible.

Digital Products & AI Tools

Because digital downloads cannot be “returned,” these products are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of technical issues that prevent access. If you encounter a problem, contact us and we’ll ensure you receive working access or a replacement.

Service-Specific Rules

  • LLC & EIN: Refunds allowed only if filing has not been submitted to the state or IRS.
  • U.S. Phone + VPN: Refunds not available once credentials are generated and delivered.
  • Domain & Email: Refunds not available once the domain is registered or email account created.
  • Google Maps Ranking: Refunds available only if no optimization work has begun.
  • Trademark Services: Refunds not available once USPTO filing is submitted.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email contact@niftism.net with:

  • Your order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We review refund requests within 3–5 business days and notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
